Join the global movement started by young climate activist Greta Thunberg right here in Michigan calling for action on climate change.
On September 20, three days before the UN Climate Summit in NYC, young people and adults will strike all across the US and world to demand transformative action be taken to address the climate crisis. Millions of us will take the streets to demand a right to a future, and we’re inviting you to #strikewithus.
Join Extinction Rebellion at the The Rock at 3:30, and march with us down to the intersection of Grand River and Abbot. Bring your placards, banners and flags and spend a few hours talking to motorists and passersby about XR and the Climate and Ecological Crises. Help us drive recruitment for bigger, sharper actions planned for October!
