Francesca Reznik combines her interdisciplinary education and energy background to guide clients in understanding how ethical and political frameworks shape policy and community decision-making. At Converge Strategies, she designs workshops, conducts landscape assessments, and supports community advocacy organizations with strategy and policy planning. With experience in climate policy, energy equity, and workforce development, she previously led external engagement at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, impacting over 400 grantees and $50 million in funding. Her work at the Aspen Institute focused on energy policy forums and critical issues like industrial decarbonization. Francesca holds a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School and serves on the board of Climate Salon, a nonprofit promoting climate innovation.
