Michigan Environmental Groups Argue Line 5 Tunnel Project Lacks Key Climate Considerations

Several groups, including MiCAN and the ELPC have submitted comments to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, to argue that the draft EIS is inadequate and overlooks the potential harms of the project.
