His expertise encompasses a range of activities, including rate cases, contested cases, ex parte dockets, technical conferences, and collaborative efforts. In addition to his regulatory work, Rick offers project consulting and research services to clients, ensuring they receive informed and effective guidance.
With over 20 years of experience in sustainable business and policy, honed through his work with non-profits and in business education, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to advancing responsible energy practices. He is also the executive director of the Michigan Municipal Association for Utility Issues (MI-MAUI), where he further champions the interests of municipalities in the utility landscape.
