Celebrate Earth Month at the U of M Dearborn Sustainability Fest!
Join us for an afternoon of connection, creativity, and climate action with the University of Michigan Dearborn at the annual Sustainability Fest. This year’s event features a variety of interactive activities and opportunities to engage with sustainability-minded organizations from across Michigan.
Highlights include:
-
A mending station hosted by Detroit Repair Cafe
-
A book swap organized by the Student Sustainability Coalition
-
A powerful panel on environmental health and community-centered advocacy (2:00–2:45 PM in Room 1227, across the hall)
-
Plus, a vibrant lineup of tabling organizations working to build a more sustainable and just future, including us! MiCAN will be tabling, and we’d love to meet you, share our work, and connect around climate action in Michigan.
RSVP here and come celebrate Earth Month with us!
Join the wave of change!
Come find us and contribute to breaking a world record for the most folded origami fish! Each paper fish represents our shared commitment to protecting the Great Lakes and shutting down Line 5.
All ages are welcome—just bring your own paper and your love for the Great Lakes!
