Dr. Peter Carter is a retired family and emergency physician who founded the Climate Emergency Institute in 2008. He has served as an expert reviewer for the IPCC, and in 2018 he co-authored Unprecedented Crime: Climate Science Denial and Game Changers for Survival. He lives in Victoria, the capital of British Columbia in Canada.
