The Ann Arbor City Council unanimously passed a resolution declaring a climate emergency and setting the goal of becoming carbon neutral, as an entire community, by the year 2030. Earlier this week the City released a draft, living plan for how a just transition to carbon neutrality could be achieved in the next 10 years.
