Join us at the Michigan Solar Lobby Day on Feb. 19! Together, we'll educate policymakers and the public about the benefits of solar to Michigan electric customers and the economy, and advance policy solutions that will allow solar energy to flourish across our state.
Solar is ready to provide safe, clean, reliable and affordable power to Michigan homes and businesses. But DTE is proposing a rate hike that will kill solar jobs and could force solar customers to pay nearly 85% more on their bills, plus an extra monthly fee just for investing in solar!
Your legislators need to hear from you. Many of them are new to the job. This is your opportunity to let your legislator know why solar energy and fair policies like net metering are critical to Michigan today

9:00 - 10:00 AM - Day-Of Training
10:15 - 3:30 PM - Meet with lawmakers (with an hour for lunch)
