According to the latest testing data from the Department of Environmental Quality, more than 1.5 million Michigan residents have been drinking water contaminated with PFAS. In the city of Parchment, wells tested at 1,587 parts per trillion for PFAS, which far exceeds the health advisory threshold of the chemicals.

Join us at Bell's Eccentric Cafe in Kalamazoo to hear about these contaminants of concern. Michigan Environmental Council's Policy Director James Clift will be joined by Tammy Cooper of Michigan Demands Action to answer your questions and discuss what Michigan should do next to address this issue.

PFAS in Michigan -- and across the country -- are not going away.  Please join the discussion and learn what we know, what we need, and next steps that can make a difference now.

Admission is free, but space is limited. Brews and food available for purchase!
