Hosted by our good friend Dale from Michigan Net Zero Homes, this in-progress home at 720 Eastern Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI is built to Phius standards—meaning it’s all-electric, ultra-energy-efficient, and super sustainable. The home will be pre-drywall, with insulation and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough-ins completed, offering a behind-the-scenes look at what makes a net zero home possible.

This tour is a great opportunity to learn from Michigan Net Zero, a leader in comprehensive net zero home design and construction. If you're passionate about green building, energy efficiency, and sustainability, you won’t want to miss it!
