We need to reclaim our Capitol from the corporate lobbyists who want to use its halls to influence our elected officials. This is a time to protest the attacks we’re facing during Lame Duck and work to build a better future for our state.

Corporate lobbyists have been out in force for Lame Duck trying to pull the rug out from under working families and rewrite the rules to benefit themselves, not the people of Michigan. We need show up and drown out their influence and ensure our elected officials represent us — not them.

We spoke up in November, now we need to speak up during Lame Duck. Our elected officials need to either respect the will of the people or go home!

There are attempts to ram through policies that will limit local control of communities, take wage and benefit gains away from working families, build a tunnel under the Great Lakes, limit access to reproductive healthcare, enshrine more dark money into our elections, threaten wetlands, ban public employees from effective union representation on the job, and limit the power of incoming elected officials like the attorney general and secretary of state.

We will provide more information on transportation options and logistics soon. Make sure to RSVP to receive more information.

Will you come?
