Bill Bray will lead a discussion on Carbon Pricing at the Charlevoix Library on Tuesday, April 18 starting at 6pm. Bill is a Naval Architect, earning a BSE & MSE from the University of Michigan and an MBA from NYU. He worked for Esso, Exxon and ExxonMobil in Oil & LNG shipping and Offshore Oil & Gas production and operations as an Engineer then Executive. He'll explain why we need a Carbon Fee & Dividend to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions without growing our government. He will also talk about the economics of carbon pricing, recent government actions to address climate change, the international landscape, and how U.S. policy can affect global emissions.
