EVENT CANCELED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS

Join your community in exploring what Central Michigan University is doing and what more we can do to respond to climate change.

The Central Michigan Climate Solutions Summit will begin with posters displaying research, projects, and community initiatives as well as informational tabling on climate solutions. The event will include two panel discussions: one comprised of CMU faculty, staff and students, and the second comprised of Mount Pleasant business leaders, government officials and local citizens.

The Summit will conclude with a keynote address by Dr. Andrew Hoffman, the Holcim (US) Professor of Sustainable Enterprise in the Ross School of Business/School of Environment and Sustainability at the University of Michigan. His background includes engineering and custom woodcraft to the culture and market dimensions of climate change. and Dr. Hoffman's topic is "Solutions to Climate Change in our Culture and the Market."

Free and open to the public with free parking.
