The evening of June 26 will be full of prayer, music, and panel discussions about sustainability at this Bay Area conference for interfaith responses to climate change.
Organized by Reverend Deb Hansen and the northern Michigan chapter of Interfaith Power & Light, attendees can expect to hear inspirational calls to action from local activists and speakers such as Holly T. Bird, civil ground coordinator and attorney for the Water Protectors Legal Collective; Knute Nadelhoffer, director of the University of Michigan Biological Station in Cheboygan County; Ric Evans, the clean energy policy specialist at the Groundwork Center for Resilient Communities, and more.
The storytelling begins at 5pm at Voorhies Hall in Bay View, MI.
