In a time when misinformation continues to shape public conversations, understanding and responding to disinformation is more important than ever. False narratives still affect policy discussions, social discourse, and community relations. This training will introduce you to what disinformation is, why it's dangerous, and how best to respond to it. We'll also cover disinformation narratives we're seeing in Michigan and put what we’ve learned into action. This workshop is vital in helping us navigate and challenge these misleading claims, especially as they impact ongoing issues in Michigan. Join us to learn how to identify and address disinformation, and together we can protect the integrity of our communities, ensuring that truth prevails in all aspects of public life.
