Recently, there's been a tremendous upsurge of interest among citizens to engage in their democracy. To support that interest, Citizens' Climate Lobby (CCL) is pleased to offer a road map for climate change solutions that is effective and helps build our democracy.

Please join us on Saturday, April 8 in East Lansing for a statewide meeting of CCL volunteers, both new and experienced. The day will begin with a free Climate Advocate Training from 9 am - noon for new volunteers to learn about how we work and our carbon fee and dividend proposal. New volunteers are encouraged to stay and join the general meeting from noon - 5 pm. We will begin with lunch, followed by a state planning session and training on levers that build political will for climate solutions including: 

• Lobbying and Communication Skills
• Media Relations
• Grassroots Outreach
• Grasstops Outreach
• Chapter Development
