Douglas JesterWe are fortunate to have Douglas Jester join the call to give us a briefing on the implementation of the new Michigan energy laws, and opportunities for us all to make a difference. This call is also a great time to update others working on climate change about the work you are doing.

Douglas Jester is a partner at 5 Lakes Energy, specializing in utility regulation and energy policy, research, and modeling. Prior to joining 5 Lakes Energy, Doug served as senior energy policy advisor at the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor, and Economic Growth.
