LESS support for polluting factory farms means a MORE sustainable Michigan! These LESS = MORE short films, made by Michigan Sierra Club, report on restoring the balance to Michigan's farming landscape. Preventing factory farm waste getting into the Great Lakes and promoting local/sustainable farming will be some of the topics for discussion.

The Great Farms Great Lakes Committee will be presenting 50 minutes of videos featuring local farmers and stores (such as Duersken Turkeys and Oryana). There will be 3 superb panelists! Kelly Lively from Cherry Capital Foods, Julianne Heinlein from Great Lakes Environmental Center, and Gail Philbin, Sierra Club Michigan Chapter Director.

Please join us to find out what you can do to help prevent factory farm waste polluting the Great Lakes!

Presented by the Clearwater Conservation Committee of the Sierra Club. This is a free event.
